Frequently Asked Questions
How much does your Christmas lighting service cost?
Who owns the lights?
Since we provide an all-inclusive service, all Christmas lighting and materials are owned by us. We do not sell Christmas lights. This is great for our customers, as all maintenance falls on us! Also, no more worrying about what materials you will need to replace year after year. If one year you would like to change colors, we can do that without any additional cost to you!
Will you hang my own lights?
We only install our own lighting and materials. Since we are an all-inclusive service, this allows us to offer the best part: our hassle-free maintenance! If any issues come up while our lighting is installed, contact us, and we will be out within 48 hours or less!
How long are the lights up?
Typically, you can expect to have your lighting installed for 2 months. All our Christmas light installations begin mid to late October and continue through the first few weeks of December. As the holidays get closer, our schedule starts filling up fast. It is best to have your service booked early to ensure your lighting can be installed before Thanksgiving so that you can enjoy it all season long!
Removals begin at the beginning of January and continue through the month. If you would like to have your lighting installed early or keep it up as long as possible, let us know, and we will work with you to make that happen!
What if there is an issue with the lighting after it is installed?
We want everything to be perfect! The best form of advertising is through our detailed and professional installations. If there is an issue (such as a bulb out), contact us; we will be out within 48 hours to fix it!
How do you mount the lighting and décor to my building?
We use a variety of clips to mount to all kinds of surfaces. All our clips provide a non-invasive way to install lighting on any building. This allows for clean removal after the season without leaving a trace behind! For wreaths and garlands, we will need to install 1 or 2 small anchors to support their weight. These are typically unnoticeable during the daytime!
How do you provide an estimate?
Once we have your information, we can usually do a brief search online or use google earth to find a few pictures of your home and take measurements. Sometimes, the scope of work is a little more involved, or there may be trees in the way that will not allow us to gather all the information we need. In that case, we will either request a few pictures to be sent to us via text/email, or we will schedule a site visit!
